You can stop aging by following these steps
No smoking and alcohol
Diet
More vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and fresh foods
Less meat, dairy products, sugar, and processed foods
Intermittent fasting: 12 to 16 hours of fasting per day
Exercise
Walk 8-12k steps a day
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) 10-15 mins a day
Resistance training or weight training
Cold exposure
Take cold shower
Sleep with less cover
Heat exposure
Go to sauna
Take hot shower
